Pearson, a global learning company, seeks a Manager, Content Developer to lead key aspects of our International Qualifications development strategy. You will shape and drive the design, development and accreditation of market-winning qualifications and their teaching materials.

You will collaborate with Product leadership and cross-divisional teams to ensure timely, compliant, high-quality outputs that delight teachers and learners, while aligning with UK regulatory requirements and strategic

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of schools environment and needs in context of international qualifications.
• Experience designing and developing qualifications, products or curricula for learners/schools.
• Experience in education assessment principles, processes and policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of international qualifications and related teaching/learning materials.
• Manage qualification development strategy and implementation across teams.
• Lead and line manage Product Developers to deliver on time, cost and quality targets.
• Budgeting, forecasting revenues and overseeing opex/capex related to qualifications.
