Job summary

Thirteen Group is recruiting a permanent Painter to join our Repairs team. You’ll carry out painting work in customers’ homes, helping resolve damp and mould issues and contributing to quality workmanship across Tees Valley.

We provide a company van, fuel card, tools and PPE. Hours are 8am–4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am–3:30pm Friday, with overtime opportunities and a generous annual leave allowance in a welcoming, community-focused housing association.

Qualifications

• Time served as a painter.
• Damp and mould experience preferred.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Comfortable using mobile/hand-held devices to log work.
• Experience across trades and safe working practices.
• We welcome female applicants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting works to a high standard.
• Provide a company van, fuel card, tools and PPE for the role.
• Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough) with occasional travel.
• Jobs planned by Work Planners so you can focus on repairs to a high standard.
• Contribute to the TradePlus scheme to broaden skills and improve customer satisfaction.
