Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Painter & Decorator specialising in damp, mould, and condensation treatments for reactive and planned maintenance in residential properties at Bracknell, Berkshire. You will deliver mould remediation, ventilation surveys, and decorating work in occupied homes, ensuring safety and quality on every job.

The role requires proven painting/decorating skills, NVQ2/3 or City & Guilds, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to join an out-of-hours rota.

Qualifications

• Experienced painter/decorator with damp, mould or stain-blocking expertise.
• Customer-focused, reliable with strong communication.
• NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds in Painting & Decorating.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Willing to participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Supply own basic hand and power tools; large equipment provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out specialist mould treatments, ventilation surveys, and associated decorating works.
• Deliver high-quality decorating works inside occupied homes.
• Keep residents informed and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage materials and ensure safe, timely, high-standard work.
• Collaborate with schedulers, supervisors, and site colleagues to improve living conditions.
