Job summary

Construction, Property and Engineering is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator specialising in damp, mould and condensation treatments to join our reactive and planned maintenance team in Bracknell.

You will carry out specialist mould treatments, surveys, and decorating work inside occupied homes, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and left in a safe, clean condition for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven background as a Painter & Decorator with damp/mould experience.
• NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds in Painting & Decorating or time-served equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out specialist mould treatments, ventilation surveys, and decorating works.
• Delivering high-quality, right-first-time service inside residents' homes.
• Keeping residents informed throughout the process with excellent customer service.
• Managing materials efficiently and ensuring safety, timing and high standards.
• Collaborating with schedulers and site colleagues to improve living conditions.
