About the Role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Bebington who are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Technician to join their growing operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with a background in technical production, engineering or process operations to play a key role in ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Carry out routine maintenance and assist with fault-finding and repairs
• Follow detailed technical instructions, SOPs and safety protocols
• Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with product specifications
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to support continuous improvement
• Record and report production data accurately
• Support new product introductions and equipment commissioning when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or engineering environment
• Technical qualification (e.g. NVQ, BTEC, ONC or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field) preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Flexible approach to shift patterns if required
