Our Team Managers have the operation nailed. They're responsible for driving results through their teams. It's up to them to ensure their people are engaged, well managed and productive. It's fast and ever-changing - are you up for the challenge?

Reporting and Responsibilities

1. Monitoring and driving KPIs and taking action to ensure they are all met on a daily and weekly basis.
2. Setting performance targets and reviewing progress, creating action plans to improve performance (including reducing costs and enhancing standards across all areas).
3. Looking for solutions to problems and driving continuous improvement strategies.
4. Spotting and developing talent in your team through coaching and guidance.
5. Looking after colleague welfare and improving attendance standards.
6. Allocating tasks and holding daily shift briefs.

About you

As well as having a strong work ethic, you will also have:

1. Management/Supervisory experience within a large-scale production operation, ideally in Food Manufacturing.
2. The ability to challenge decisions and behaviors to ensure consistency in service to our customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
3. A proven track record of people management and delivering strong results through a team in a leadership role.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Assertiveness with the ability to make decisions on the spot.
6. A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
7. An understanding of cost models, experience with budgetary control, and knowledge of pest control management.
