Job Description:

• Seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Production Team Manager for dayshifts.
• Our client is a leader in FMCG manufacturing, experiencing expansion and growth. The role involves managing a production area on dayshift.
• The manager will oversee all department operations, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery.
• Lead a team of technical operators and direct reports of Production Leaders.
• Report to the Manufacturing Manager and control the movement of raw materials to finished goods.
• Manage technical and production staff and drive development projects for performance, cost, and competitiveness improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Understanding of factory operations, including process, manufacturing, and packaging.
• Experience in FMCG, process, or fast-paced manufacturing industries.
• Inspirational leadership and proven improvement record.
• Proactive, driven attitude.
• Knowledge of lean tools is a plus.
