Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Production Team Leader for our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. This role operates on a rolling 4 days on/4 days off shift pattern from 06:00 to 18:00, requiring strong leadership and practical knowledge of production and quality assurance.

You will supervise daily production, train and mentor the team, and work with management to improve output while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production or manufacturing team.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and manage the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards while enforcing quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Deliver training to your team to ensure understanding of requirement and processes.
• Collaborate with management to monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Encourage open communication, providing feedback and support to team members.
• Conduct problem-solving initiatives to address any operational challenges efficiently.
