Job summary
Albert Bartlett is recruiting for a Production Line/Machine Supervisor at our new chilled potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will set up, operate and supervise packaging lines, ensuring safety, quality and output targets are met on a 4 days on / 4 days off rolling shift from 06:00 to 18:00.

Qualifications
- Food Safety Level 2 or above desirable.
- Experience setting up and operating Tray Sealing Machines and related equipment.
- Experience with ERP and manufacturing efficiency software.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Attention to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to meet daily production targets.
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain quality.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Maintain records of machine settings and production data.
- Keep ERP and efficiency data up to date.
- Collaborate with team to meet goals.
- Coordinate packing plans with Production Leader/Manager.
- Complete start-up checks for H&S compliance.
- Ensure product & packaging availability to meet outputs.
- Manage use of labels; return unused labels.
- Support and train colleagues; follow SOPs.
- Report breaches of policy including H&S.
