Job summary

Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Production Team Leader at our fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will supervise daily production activities, manage the team, and ensure health and safety compliance across operations.

You will deliver training, monitor performance metrics, and work with management to drive improvements. The role requires leadership in manufacturing, strong communication, and a focus on quality and safety. 4 days on, 4 days off, 06:00–18:00, £14.49 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in production/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
• Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and manage the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards while enforcing quality control measures.
• Deliver training to your team to ensure understanding of requirements and processes.
• Collaborate with management to monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Encourage open communication, providing feedback and support to team members.
• Conduct problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges efficiently.
