Job summary

Albert Bartlett is recruiting a Production Team Leader at our fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. You will supervise daily production activities, manage the team, and ensure health and safety compliance across operations.

You will deliver training, monitor performance metrics, and work with management to drive improvements. The role requires leadership in manufacturing, strong communication, and a focus on quality and safety. 4 days on, 4 days off, 06:00–18:00, £14.49 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in production/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
• Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.

We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader at our fresh potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Shift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off - Rolling Shift / 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs

Salary: £14.49 per hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and manage the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards while enforcing quality control measures throughout the production process.

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
• Effective leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to enhance production efficiency.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with team members and management.
• Ability to remain calm in a busy Production environment
