Job summary

Albert Bartlett in Airdrie is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to join our chilled production operations on a 4 on 4 off days pattern. You will lead a skilled maintenance team to maximise plant reliability and performance.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, carry out planned preventative maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and efficiency. Collaborating with Production and Operations, you will promote best practices and help develop engineering

Qualifications

• A recognised engineering qualification in electrical or mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food production environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Able to commit to 4 On 4 Off Days Pattern - 0630 - 1900.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all engineering activities are completed safely and in line with food manufacturing standards.
• Promote a proactive maintenance culture and support the development of engineering best practices across the site.

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our engineering team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
