Job Title: Production Team Leader

Proactive Personnel Ltd is currently recruiting for 2 experienced Production Team Leaders for our market-leading client based in the Stafford area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, dynamic business. We are seeking candidates with experience in a varied production role, including exposure to assembly or bespoke engineering.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and organize production resources to meet customer requirements.
2. Monitor and control production KPIs such as cost, quality, delivery, housekeeping, and attendance in line with company standards.
3. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, equipment, and processes.
4. Lead and develop direct reports, build effective teams, motivate staff, maintain morale, and address disciplinary issues.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Working Hours:

08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Thursday
08:00 – 14:00, Friday (Early finish!)
