Job summary

Orion Electrotech Ltd in Reading is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader for a 3-month night shift contract. This hands-on role leads a team of production operatives to hit targets, quality and safety standards while maintaining efficient schedules.

You will oversee staffing, training, handovers, and documentation, with a focus on health and safety and continuous improvement. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Contract: 3 Month Contract
Pay Rate: £17.38 an hour (40 hours a week)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join our manufacturing team on a 3-month contract, working nights. This is a hands‑on role that will involve leading a team to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operatives throughout the shift.
