JDR Recruitment are seeking a Team Leader to supervise a Production team on a NIGHT SHIFT in Bristol. You will be responsible for leading the team, allocating breaks and maintaining discipline on site, with training provided for Water Cutter and Knife Cutter operations.

Immediate start and temporary-to-permanent opportunity. The role requires prior Team Leader or Supervisor experience, the ability to travel to Bristol, and willingness to work in a dusty manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a Production team on a NIGHT SHIFT.

Nights £15.50; Overtime up to £23.25 per hour

Location: Bristol (BS3)

Immediate start

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER EXPERIENCE

Shift: Monday to Thursday 5.15pm - 5.45am (Training will be on a day shift Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm)

Temporary leading to permanent

The role:

As a Production Operative you will be working within a production environment and your duties will be as follows;

• Leading the team - allocating breaks and maintaining discipline on site

• Responsible for Water Cutter and Knife Cutter (full training given)

• Machine Operating
