You will oversee staffing, training, handovers, and documentation, with a focus on health and safety and continuous improvement. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Line Leader.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and quality procedures.
• Fast-paced environment with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operatives throughout the shift.
• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and address any issues promptly.
• Promote and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate effectively with other departments.
• Manage staffing levels, workflow, and line performance to maximise productivity.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Complete all relevant production documentation accurately.
