Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products thats quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong UK and international presence they are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their team.

Role And Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for manufacturing area, ensuring safety and quality is adhered to at all time.

Ensure compliance with health and safety including risk assessments, incident and accident reporting, PPE, safety audits

Manage, review KPI Production outputs, following production plan and reacting to issues as they may arise,

Man management : interviews, appraisals, disciplinaires, interviews

Driving continuious improvement activities in line with 5S standards

Liaising with other departments, ensuring compliance with shift patterns

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

ILM Level 3 in supervisory qualifications or similar

Proven experience within the manufacturing environment and in leadership roles.

Proven experience of leading teams

Managing and executing production targets and plans

Experience using a SAP or MRP system
