g&p Group Holdings Ltd is seeking a Production Team Leader to manage a team of quality inspectors onsite at a state-of-the-art automotive facility. You will lead from the front, organise hour-to-hour project activities, and drive quality and efficiency while working with management to meet production goals.
The role offers a temp-to-perm pathway after 12 weeks based on performance and attendance, with shift patterns including early and late rotations and potential overtime.

We are seeking a Production Team Leader to join our dedicated quality management team onsite at a state-of-the-art automotive production facility, where advanced engineering and precision manufacturing combine with British heritage to deliver iconic, high-quality premium cars.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Production Team Leader, will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of between 5 - 10 quality inspectors, which can increase during peak times.
You will work alongside management to successfully organise and lead the hour-to-hour function of designated projects within associated G&P areas.
Working hours are as follows:
Shifts rotate on a fortnightly basis / Monday - Friday.
Please note that during periods of increased customer demand, additional overtime may be required. When overtime is in operation, employees on the AM shift may be required to start 30 minutes earlier, while employees on the PM shift may be required to finish 30 minutes later.
Weekend overtime may also be available during peak periods.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the successful candidate initially joining on a temporary contract and moving into a permanent position after 12 weeks, subject to satisfactory performance, attendance, and business requirements.
