Job summary

g&p Group Holdings Ltd is seeking a Production Team Leader to manage a team of quality inspectors onsite at a state-of-the-art automotive facility. You will lead from the front, organise hour-to-hour project activities, and drive quality and efficiency while working with management to meet production goals.

The role offers a temp-to-perm pathway after 12 weeks based on performance and attendance, with shift patterns including early and late rotations and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills within production/manufacturing/quality environments.
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of quality inspectors (5–10 staff) to meet project test plans.
• Review handover and assign tasks to inspectors and storemen.
• Ensure tooling, material flow, PPE and test plan adherence.
