Samworth Brothers in Worksop (Manton Wood) is seeking a Production Team Leader to drive a motivated and engaged production team. You will oversee job rotation, performance reviews, and staff coaching while upholding health and safety standards across the line.

This role is permanent, full-time, and based on site at Worksop, Nottinghamshire. You will report to the Production Manager and play a key part in maintaining smooth lines, supporting the manager when needed, and nurturing a culture that
