Duxvalves, located in Littleborough, England, United Kingdom, is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their team. This role offers a salary of £38,000 per annum, with a rotating shift pattern (6-2 / 2-10) from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will manage and lead a small team of Production Machine Operatives, ensuring production, quality, and customer service meet standards. Responsibilities include managing resources, adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards, delivering operational projects, and driving continuous improvement using proven methods like Root Cause Analysis and PDCA cycles. Development of personnel through training and monitoring system management are also key aspects.
