Job summary

SS&C Technologies, Inc. in London seeks an Application Support Analyst to monitor production services, support Calastone’s client onboarding, and assist QA during new releases. You will work with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth production transitions and high-quality service delivery.

The role requires a strong technical background, experience with databases and messaging protocols, and willingness to work various shifts, including nights during training.

Qualifications

• Good technical background.
• Experience with SQL databases and querying.
• Experience with MQ, SWIFT, ISO15022/20022 and FIX messaging.
• Knowledge of XML, messaging authentication and secure FTP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production services and provide first-line support.
• Create a knowledge base to reduce escalations.
• Coordinate pre-production checks with Client Delivery.
• Assist QA during releases and learn upcoming changes.
• Support clients and internal staff during implementations.
• Escalate incidents and work toward rapid root-cause resolution.
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives.
