We’re looking for an ambitious and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of 18 at our site in Boroughbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and growing company in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Health & Safety
2. Ensure all team members follow H&S procedures
3. Identify and resolve potential hazards
4. Promote a culture of safety-first on the shop floor
5. Quality & Compliance
6. Complete production documentation accurately and on time
7. Ensure products are made right first time
8. Production Performance
9. Support and drive team KPIs
10. Identify ways to reduce downtime
11. Escalate plant or process issues promptly
12. Train and develop team members
13. Create and ensure SOPs are followed
14. Encourage ownership and accountability
15. Manage performance issues and escalate when needed

Experience as a Production Supervisor, Line Leader, Team Leader, or similar in a fast-paced environment

Confident communicator with strong leadership qualities
