What You’ll Bring:

• About 5 years in a leadership or supervisor role
• Solid experience in production or manufacturing
• Experience of working to LEAN principles through formal training
• A positive, proactive attitude
• The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team
• A sharp eye for detail and quality
• Happy working 6-2/2-10 rotating shifts (Mon–Fri)

About You:

• Leading a team of 10-15 in a busy, hands-on production environment
• Keeping an eye on quality, cost, output — and everything in between
• Reporting on productivity, spotting issues early, and solving problems fast
• Supporting, training, and motivating your team
• Working closely with your Production Manager to keep things running smoothly
• With your background in CI, you’ll have involvement in projects and driving change through making improvements
• You’ll be a problem solver
