An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Production Supervisor to join this dynamic team at a leading temperature-controlled panel van conversion business located just 15 miles SE of York in Holme-on-Spalding-Moor.

About the role
As the Production Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in leading this talented team of vehicle body builders, laminators, auto-electricians and installers. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing production processes, ensuring our exacting standards are consistently met
• Guiding the design, development, and update processes for vehicle conversions
• Engaging in customer interactions during build, sign-off processes, and post-sale engagements

About you
To be successful for the role of Production Supervisor, you will need:

• A proven background as a Production Supervisor in a similar industry, working closely with your teams and being able to motivate
• Previous experience as an auto-electrician with a knack for problem-solving across various vehicle types
• Familiarity with the LCV market and the Commercial Body Building sector would be advantageous
• A hands-on and inquisitive approach to vehicle engineering with keen attention to detail
• The ability to deliver under pressure, showcasing an appetite for success
• To be a quick learner, with a positive and proactive attitude
• Self-reliance with high self-motivation, open to challenges outside their comfort zone
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A full UK Driving License
