What’s the job all about?

• Lead the department or line team to become motivated and engaged through organizing job rotations, conducting performance and probation reviews within set timelines, staff training, coaching, delegation, and communicating team performance regularly.
• Support the Line Manager proactively, taking personal responsibility and accountability, and cover for the Line Manager when needed.
• Champion health & safety initiatives and embody the Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.
