Our client is growing and with that, we are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our clients Mattress Department in Leeds.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating daily operations across our clients mattress production lines. You'll ensure production goals are met; quality remains exceptional and our clients people are supported and motivated. This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions and actions will have a direct impact on the team and output.
