Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency in Shaftesbury is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a busy production floor, drive daily targets, and maintain quality and safety standards.

You will own the line, motivate your team, and collaborate with management to improve productivity and cost controls, with a Monday–Friday pattern finishing at 17:00.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a production or warehouse environment.
• Strong background in warehouse operations, including inventory management.
• Track record of setting, driving and achieving performance KPIs.
• Knowledge of BRC standards and compliance paperwork (preferred).
• Confident decision-making and problem solving under pressure.
• Firm commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading and organising your team to hit daily production targets set by management.
• Inspecting product quality so every job meets the highest standard.
• Completing accurate job costings and daily production records.
• Carrying out and recording BRC compliance checks, including hygiene, glass and hard plastic, and knife control logs.
• Keeping a clean, safe and organised work area, and preparing the premises for the next day's production.
• Stepping in across the warehouse wherever the operation needs you.

Production Supervisor | £36,000 per annum | Shaftesbury

As a Production Supervisor in Shaftesbury, you'll be at the heart of a well-run production operation. You'll lead by example, motivate your team and keep quality and safety at the forefront of every shift.
