Elix Sourcing Solutions is recruiting a Production Supervisor for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Southall. You will lead high-care shift teams, drive production plans, manage labour targets, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.

You will develop team leaders, manage QA paperwork, investigate non-conformances, optimise stock rotation, reduce waste, and prepare for internal and external audits. A GCSE in English/Maths and experience in food manufacturing are required.

Competenze

• GCSE English and Maths required; strong numerical and verbal skills.
• Experience supervising production or process teams in food manufacturing preferred.

Are you an experienced production supervisor looking to lead high-care operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?

Do you excel at coaching teams, driving site KPIs, reducing wastage, and maintaining strict audit-ready hygiene standards?

Responsible for leading and developing high-care shift operations to hit site production plans, ulabour targets, and quality standards. Ensures strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene policies while managing stock rotation, reducing product waste, and preparing the facility for internal and external customer audits. Coaches and develops team leaders and operatives, managing training matrices, QA paperwork, and root-cause investigations for any operational non-conformances.
