Job summary

Anne Corder Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Production Supervisor for a busy site in Boston. You will lead a production team, coordinate daily activity and help ensure output meets strict quality, safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires planning shifts, monitoring progress, addressing changes in priorities and coaching staff on the shop floor to maintain high performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in food production, FMCG, packaging, horticulture or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Confidently organising people and workloads while meeting production, quality and safety requirements.
• Practical, approachable leadership style with clear communication and problem-solving on the shop floor.

Production Supervisor

Location: Boston

Salary: £16.13 per hour

Contract: Permanent
