Production Supervisor

Location: Mid Kent

Working Hours: 6am - 2pm

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's leading organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the production team effectively.
• Ensure all staff understand their shift expectations by completing daily and weekly plans.
• Provide training to staff to perform all required tasks adequately.
• Coordinate with agencies to book temporary staff, ensuring sufficient staffing for each shift.
• Drive process improvements within the factory.
• Provide daily reports to the Production Manager after each shift.
• Handle HR duties such as disciplinaries, reviews, interviews, and holiday approvals.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Organized and capable of leading a team successfully.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods.
