Production Supervisor (6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday)

What is a Production Supervisor?
You will collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams and coordinate with the Operations Manager. Your role is to ensure Team Leaders follow the schedule, maintain shift housekeeping, and complete batches correctly.

What to expect?
- Oversee the successful completion of the production program and adherence to schedules.
- Manage weekly and daily shift plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal and customer audit standards.
- Monitor batch documentation throughout production to ensure accuracy.
- Complete reports and maintain production records.
- Participate in planning and meet KPIs and deadlines efficiently, including daily KPI tracking.
- Attend meetings and participate in projects as required.
- Manage factory opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure SOPs and GMPs are followed by all Production Operatives.
- Control daily production activities and support staff to perform their duties.
- Provide training to operatives and maintain training records.
- Supervise Team Leaders and oversee agency staffing levels.
- Report daily to the Operations Manager.
- Oversee pre-blend processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Manage timesheets and coordinate with other departments like Warehouse.
- Complete SIC sheets and record deviations electronically.
- Handle HR activities such as absence management, recruitment, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage holiday and absence records, ensuring policy compliance.
- Lead health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

- Minimum 2 years experience managing a small to medium-sized production team.
- Leadership skills with a desire to develop and drive change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven management and project management experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail under pressure.
