Job DescriptionThe Production Supervisor Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process
within the manufacturing plant. This role involves managing the production team, ensuring safety and
quality standards are met, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient production flow.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve
problems quickly and effectively. The Production Supervisor-Regeneration provides direction and
assistance to the Ion-Exchange Regeneration work group to meet assigned objectives, production
schedules and customer demands. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make
decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate
action or short-term planning.
