Role: Production Supervisor

As the Production Supervisor, you will support the business in achieving Production Schedule targets and resolving any production issues to ensure smooth assembly across all systems. You will create and manage effective assembly plans for each product family, leveraging your organisational and communication skills to oversee the assembly stages of each project.

What We Would Like from the Production Supervisor

1. Educated to Level 3 NVQ (or qualified by experience)
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Production Assembly environment or similar role
3. Ability to improve quality and efficiency of work processes and drive implementation
4. Exceptional organisational skills
5. Diligent, structured, and organised approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

What We Offer

1. Salary between £35,000 to £40,000
2. 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension
3. 39-hour week (8 hours Mon-Thurs and 7 hours Fri)
