Department: Cookhouse Team Leader

What’s the job all about?

• Lead the department or line team to become motivated and engaged through organizing job rotation, conducting performance and probation reviews on time, staff training, coaching, delegation, and regular communication of team performance.
• Support the Line Manager proactively and take personal responsibility and accountability, including covering for the Line Manager when needed.
• Champion health & safety and embody the Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.
