Manufacturing Supervisor - rotating shifts

Hours: Monday to Friday - 2 week rotating shifts (5:45am - 2pm & 1:45pm - 10pm)

Our client in Welwyn Garden City who are a leading supplier within their industry, are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to run both the AM & PM shift. You will be overseeing a team of 25 to manage performance and health & safety.

Manufacturing Supervisor - Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 25, split into two shifts
• Present at morning management meetings
• Set and achieve production output targets while meeting quality standards
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards in all production areas
• Provide training and support to team members

Manufacturing Supervisor - Skills and Experience required:

• Experience leading a team
• Experience within a Production/Manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding/knowledge of Health & Safey (ideally 5s)
• Counterbalance forklift license would be a bonus
