Excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join a well-established, fast growing food production business.

This is a great opportunity for a Production Manager to join a well-established food business that have aggressive growth plans in place.

This is a business that not only plan to grow this site, but also remain active on the acquisition trail, exciting times ahead!

As Production Shift Manager you will be accountable for the smooth and efficient running of the factory, which is a large, complex, and fast-paced site.

You will have overall accountability for factory operations, which include, production and packaging and it will also be your duty to ensure all manufacturing KPIs are achieved.

This role is all about people and process; you’ll need to be an influential leader who can build effective teams and embed a healthy culture across the factory and be able to embed strategic processes across site.

Continuous Improvement is a big focus for this business, and you will be a driving force behind this, measuring targets and planning to make improvements where you can.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have worked at this level before, ideally within the food manufacturing industry! You must have had experience leading large teams in fast-paced sites and understand what good looks like!

Please note this is a day-based shift pattern.
