Responsibilities

• Work with Client Service Team to ensure received briefs meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with CAD and Client Service teams from brief to pre-production prototyping.
• Communicate clearly at every stage of the project lifecycle to final delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
• Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies and methods.
• Manage projects with clear ownership, accountability, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to minimise waste and deliver client satisfaction.
• Support Production Services and Client Service teams to drive performance.
