Morgan Jones Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Administrator in Dartford. You will support production planning, scheduling, and stock monitoring, ensuring timely processing of orders and strong communication with supervisors.

The role requires proficient Excel skills, organisational ability, and the capacity to work under pressure while collaborating with a team to meet daily targets. Immediate start potential with temp-to-perm prospects.

Qualifications

• Strong admin and planning experience desired.
• Proficient in Excel and Office tools.
• Able to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production planning and scheduling activities.
• Maintain and update shop floor schedules.
• Provide lead times for new orders.
• Assist with general production and departmental administration.
• Monitor stock levels to support customer requirements.
• Prioritise late customer orders and adjust workloads accordingly.
• Support other Production Planners when required.
• Communicate large orders to assist resource planning.
• Work closely with factory supervisors to maximise efficiency.
• Help ensure daily production targets are achieved.
