Job summary

Pure Staff Ltd in Bromyard is seeking a Production Planning Administrator for a permanent role with an early start, 7am-3pm, Monday to Thursday, and Friday mornings. You will translate orders into production and dispatch plans to keep deliveries on track and coordinate closely with internal teams.

Duties:

• Order Book Management: Review incoming customer orders and translate them into actionable production and dispatch schedules.
• Inventory & Parts Checking: Monitor live stock levels and parts availability to prevent production bottlenecks or delayed shipments.
• Material Planning: Maintain and update Excel planning spreadsheets to calculate what materials need to be bought or manufactured.
• Dispatch Coordination: Plan, organise, and oversee daily dispatches to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Internal Collaboration: Liaise closely with purchasing, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly

Skills:

• Excel Proficiency: Must be confident using Excel advanced functions to manage large data sets and planning schedules.
• Planning Experience: Proven experience in production planning, material control, inventory tracking, or logistics coordination.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to look at an order book, cross-reference it with current inventory, and accurately predict shortages.

This is a permanent role, working hours offered are 7am-3pm Monday/Thursday. Friday 7am-12pm.
