Job summary

• Experience in production planning, material control, inventory tracking, or logistics coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy when entering and tracking parts numbers and dispatch dates.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer orders and translate them into actionable production and dispatch schedules.
• Monitor live stock levels and parts availability to prevent bottlenecks or delays.
• Maintain and update planning spreadsheets to calculate materials needed for production.
• Plan, organise, and oversee daily dispatches to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Liaise with purchasing, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly.
