Job summary

Canon is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service production print equipment across East Midlands and South Yorkshire. You will diagnose faults, install and repair equipment at customer sites, and provide strong customer service to minimise production disruption.

The role involves on-site and remote work to ensure reliable operation of Canon production products, including toner mono and colour systems, controllers, and related equipment. You will travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in Canon Production products (toner mono and colour, controllers, third-party and Canon equipment) at customer sites.
• Install equipment on site or remotely and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain, repair and service production print equipment to minimise disruption for clients.
• Travel to customer sites across East Midlands/South Yorkshire as part of field service duties.
