Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and maintain MFDs and printing equipment at customer sites across the Midlands. You will manage your own schedule, parts stock and service paperwork, with internal product training and clear long-term progression.

The role offers a permanent position, a company car (as part of package), Monday to Friday hours, and opportunities for career development in a globally recognised business.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing MFDs / photocopiers / printers (or transferable IT hardware support).
• Electromechanical fault-finding skills and good customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and happy with field-based travel.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintain MFDs / printers at customer sites across the Midlands.
• Installs, diagnostics, preventative maintenance and customer handover / training.
• Connectivity and basic networking troubleshooting.
• Manage appointments, parts stock and service paperwork (Mon-Fri, occasional overtime).
