Rise Technical Recruitment Limited has a Field Service Engineer (Printing) opportunity in the Midlands. The role involves servicing and repairing MFDs and printers at customer sites across the Midlands, with a focus on fault finding, preventative maintenance and basic networking troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing MFDs/photocopiers/printers.
• Electromechanical fault-finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for field work.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintain MFDs/printers at customer sites in the Midlands.
• Installs, diagnostics and preventative maintenance with customer handover/training.
• Connectivity and basic networking troubleshooting.
