Job summary

Mansfield Fruit Farms Ltd in Canterbury is seeking a production support role to ensure accurate stock allocation and daily workflow alignment. You will assist with next-day production planning, monitor stock and orders, and communicate clearly with management and production teams to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct allocation of stock according to customer specifications, receipt cads and any other internal company rules.
• Correctly and accurately completing daily Scores on the Doors.
• Ensure staff requirement is send on time and approved by PH management.
• Assisting with creation of next day Production for Pack House via updates and order completion against plan created on a previous day.
• Notify management team of potential order shortages or issues.
• Ensure that PH is informed regarding all orders; monitoring stock rotation any stock discrepancies should be communicated to relevant depts. in a timely manner.
• Support Production team by effective communication of customer programmes allowing for efficient productivity.
