Job summary

Mansfields, the UK’s leading fruit grower, seeks a Planning Department coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely task delivery, accurate order processing, and effective stock allocation while maintaining compliance and Health & Safety standards. You will collaborate across production, packing and despatch teams to meet customer requirements and market demands.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Allocate stock in line with customer specifications and procedures.
• Support Production, PH, QC and Despatch with orders and stock information.
• Complete daily tasks as directed by the Account Manager.
• Identify issues affecting order fulfilment and escalate promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with the Account Manager to ensure priorities.
• Maximise returns by monitoring stock, orders and price lists.
• Collaborate with PH Management to optimise grader set-ups and pack line performance.
• Ensure stock rotation procedures are followed across departments.
