Job summary

A1l screens Nationwide Ltd in Glasgow is looking for Assembly Operators to join a busy factory team. You'll assemble timber wall panels following detailed diagrams and use hand and power tools to meet safety and quality standards.

This full-time role offers a clear training and progression plan, with a pay rise upon completion of training. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00, and you will be part of a supportive team prioritising safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing or assembly OR transferable skills from another industry.
• Ability to follow diagrams and instructions accurately.
• Confidence using hand tools and power tools.
• Physically fit due to manual handling involved.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive team player.

Pay: £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.32 after training
