Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Buckingham is seeking Assembly Operatives for a heavy, hands-on role in a busy timber production environment. You will be on your feet all day, building wooden pallets and timber packaging, operating production machinery and power tools to size and spec.

Shifts are day hours, with finishes by 11am on Fridays. There are no nights and no weekend work, offering steady hours and a potential longer-term contract for reliable, physically fit candidates.

Qualifications

• Genuine physical fitness; lifting and handling timber all day.
• Experience in production/manufacturing/timber/warehouse environments.
• Confident using power tools, including automatic screwdrivers.
• Good hand skills and accuracy while working at pace.
• Reliability and good timekeeping.
• Ability to get to Buckingham for shift start times.

Responsibilities
