Job summary

Avara Foods Limited in Hereford is hiring Production Operatives to join our Hereford site. You’ll be involved in weighing, assembling and packing raw food products, with full training provided and no prior experience required. The role offers 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, with paid weekly pay and a secure contract.

Starting pay is £12.71 per hour plus a £0.65 per hour shift allowance, and the site supports overtime opportunities, staff canteen, staff shop and cycle-to-work schemes.

• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

About the Role

Do you want to earn a minimum of £534 per week? We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our team based at our Grandstand Road in Hereford! No experience necessary, full training is provided! As production operative you’ll be involved in the production and packaging of raw food products.

Working Hours

40 hours per week rotational shift pattern

05:00-14:00 Monday to Friday

14:00-23:00 Sunday to Thursday
