Job summary

Avara Foods Ltd. in Hereford is seeking Production Operatives for our Grandstand Road site. You’ll assist in weighing, assembling and packing raw food products with full training provided, on a 40-hour week with rotating shifts: 05:00–14:00 Mon–Fri or 14:00–23:00 Sun–Thu.

Typical pay starts at £12.71 per hour plus a £0.65 per hour shift allowance, with a minimum weekly pay around £534. Wages are paid weekly; there are 28 days of holiday, guaranteed hours, overtime opportunities, and extra staff

Qualifications

• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

About the Role

Do you want to earn a minimum of £534 per week? We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our team based at our Grandstand Road in Hereford! No experience necessary, full training is provided! As production operative you’ll be involved in the production and packaging of raw food products.

Working Hours

40 hours per week rotational shift pattern

05:00-14:00 Monday to Friday

14:00-23:00 Sunday to Thursday
